PUMP UNITS
The series 1056 Pump Units are assembled with a 1052 (fuel or solvent) pumps and with an electric or diesel engine through a mechanical transmission, secured to a stand. The pump units can be used on plants, marine or avionics dispensers or on trailer.

Q\Platform - An ATEX certified Quality measurement cell located in a bypass where the product transfer takes place.
Q\Platform: a continuous, real-time and safe quality control measurement for fuels Until now, the quality control of fuels at terminals has been a tedious job and can cause serious delays for companies. Samples give a snapshot, rather than a complete picture of the quality of the entire batch. The Q\Platform continuously monitors the fuel quality. It enables you to constantly see what is passing through the main line. Each second the liquid is monitored, from the beginning to the end of a pumping operation. Any possible deviation during product transfer will be noted. Parties can then intervene immediately. The Q\Platform prevents accidents, incorrect transfer and waiting times for quality results. No more samples need to be taken. The Q\Platform saves costs and gives control over the product value. The Q\Platform is a closed system. This makes it safe and environmentally friendly.

QUADAX Butterfly Pipeline Valves
QUADAX Butterfly Pipeline Valves – Absolute Tightness for Critical Pipelines Pipeline performance starts with shut-off integrity. QUADAX butterfly pipeline valves are engineered to deliver 100% tightness, long service life and maximum operational safety in the most demanding applications – from LNG and hydrogen to oxygen and high-temperature chemical processes. The core differentiator is the patented 4-offset geometry. Unlike conventional 3-offset butterfly valves, QUADAX provides a completely round seat and sealing profile. This design enables frictionless operation, eliminates wear between seat and seal, and ensures uniform expansion under thermal stress. The result is bubble-tight shut-off, even at cryogenic temperatures down to -196 °C and across an extreme operating range from -270 °C to +800 °C Performance is independently verified. Combined cryogenic and endurance testing according to BS 6364 and EN 12567 demonstrated leakage values significantly below standard limits. After 500 switching cycles at -196 °C, no measurable leakage was detected For operators of LNG terminals and critical energy infrastructure, this translates directly into safety, environmental protection and asset reliability. QUADAX butterfly pipeline valves are lighter and more compact than comparable ball or gate valves. Lower torque requirements allow for smaller actuators, reduced structural loads and simplified installation At the same time, higher KV/CV values support efficient flow control with minimal pressure loss. The Top Entry design enables safe and efficient maintenance. Internal components can be removed while the valve body remains in the pipeline, minimizing downtime and reducing lifecycle costs Certified to SIL 3, ATEX and Fire Safe standards and manufactured in Germany under strict quality control, QUADAX butterfly pipeline valves define reliability where failure is not an option.

QUADAX Top entry valves

Quayreel - Flexible loading and unloading system
