ROTEX PLUS
The ROTEX PLUS is a high-performance auger suction hydraulic robot designed for cleaning underground tanks.
The Rotex Plus is a hydraulic robot engineered for one of the most demanding environments in infrastructure maintenance: the inside of a long, submerged, sediment-filled conduit. Its screwdrive traction system combined with a rear stabilising wheel, gives it exceptional mobility in mud-filled, irregular channels where wheeled or tracked systems would struggle or stop.
The auger itself serves a dual function: it provides the traction to propel the robot through heavy mud, and it breaks up consolidated deposits ahead of the suction intake. Material is extracted continuously via the connected suction hose. The auger material and geometry can be customised to match the specific deposits and pipe characteristics of each
application.
The Rotex Plus enters from a single access point — a manhole or inspection chamber of Ø 600 mm — and operates up to 50 metres from the entry point on the standard hose reel.
