TANKCLEANER ATEX
The Tankcleaner EX is designed for environments where the risk of explosion is present continuously or for long periods.
The TankCleaner ATEX is the Zone 0 certified version of the TankCleaner robot — designed for environments where the risk of explosion from flammable gases or vapours is present continuously or for long periods. This includes crude oil tanks, petrochemical storage, and any confined space with a permanent explosive atmosphere.
All components — frame, camera, lighting, electrical connections — are certified to ATEX standards for Zone 0 operation.
The hydraulic drive system, powered externally with no combustion engine on board, eliminates ignition sources entirely. The stainless steel frame resists corrosion from hydrocarbon residues.
