      The Hallikainen 1354 is a completely automatic Vapour Pressure Analyser for measuring the Reid Vapour Pressure (RVP – the vapour pressure exerted by a liquid at 37.8°C/100°F) for a wide range of refinery streams. Accurate measurements that correlate with ASTM D323 or D1267 can be made on samples having viscosities up to 80cP at the measurement temperature. The 1354 is unique in that the vapour pressure is directly and continuously measured in a bubble formed in an eductor jet. As such, the device has a continuous output that can be configured to read True Vapour Pressure (TVP) or Reid Vapour Pressure (RVP). The eduction method of measurement means that the analyser has no moving parts giving supreme reliability in a production environment.       Our mobile moisture and corrosion sensor is a completely independent and easy-to-handle tool that can be used in the laboratory or in the field to quickly inspect insulated assets. Place it on a segmented pipeline and it immediately performs a measurement that gives you information about the condition of your insulated asset. On the screen, you will see whether the insulation is wet, the coating has deteriorated or if the pipe is corroding. An inspection with the instrument can be carried out before your yearly maintenance shut-down and shows the actual conditions of your assets. So, maintenance actions can be planned that target only those segments where action is needed to ensure the integrity of the installation/plant. Information from the sensor prevents the removal of intact insulation systems. This reduces your maintenance costs, downtime and material consumption (new insulation after dismantling) on the one hand, and corrosion risks on the other, giving you peace of mind.
