Flying Combustor 4 MW - plug & play
We design, manufacture and operate our own mobile combustion units for industrial degassing. These high-performance thermal oxidation systems can be deployed for individual applications, as temporary replacement units for VRUs, flares and vapour recovery systems, or as an interim solution during maintenance and turnaround activities. They also ensure fast response capability for unplanned incidents and emergency situations. Our technology provides a key advantage: while adsorption and absorption systems cannot directly measure or determine CO₂ impact, ETS Degassing units allow transparent tracking and documentation of carbon emissions. This ensures maximum environmental accountability and compliance. Operation of the system is carried out exclusively by our trained field operators, allowing customers to focus on their core processes without additional workload. No liquid or solid waste is generated during degassing, making the solution clean, controlled and safe. We deliver qualified personnel, a transparent operating process and the highest quality standards in the market, saving our clients both time and costs. For short-term as well as long-term projects, our mobile units are available for rental. On request, they can be supplied as an “all-in-one” package including auxiliary equipment such as power generators, support gas supply, hoses and connection piping. This combination of proprietary technology, operational expertise and flexible deployment capability makes ETS Degassing the benchmark for safe, efficient and fully accountable industrial degassing.

Foam Bladder Tank

Foam proportioning at terminals without foam pumps
Tank terminals typically require an extensive amount of foam concentrate on multiple locations as the protected areas can be very large. Al centralized foam stock with foam pumps are often used to pump foam concentrate to these multiple locations where firewater and foam concentrate are mixed. The foam pumps require a high degree of care to maintain them in good condition. Periodic testing of these pumps is required, repairs of the foam pumps are certainly not uncommon. The testing and repairs are costly and disturb the operation of the customers maintenance department. We introduce an alternative using a stainless steel PRESSURE TANK. This tank will hold the foam concentrate stock and will be automatically pressurized when foam concentrate is needed.

Foam systems
At Crea Construct we offer effective foam extinguishing for high risks, especially for flammable liquids. The diversity within our foam extinguishing systems is great and we ensure that we find the right solution for your specific needs. We distinguish between different types of foam, such as high expansion, medium expansion and low expansion foam. The choice of the right foam depends on the product to be protected, the method of application and its applicability within your installation. We also take into account ever-changing regulations and the growing demand for fluorine-free foams. Crea Construct offers foam systems in which the foam concentrate is completely mixed based on water flow or water pressure. This includes bladder tanks, FireDos foam pumps and self-priming mixers. For larger foam systems we can work with a foam pump and a foam supply line under pressure, where mechanical or electronic mixing is possible. A crucial factor in foam extinguishing systems is the correct percentage of mixing and its control. We ensure correct mixing and have it inspected by certified organizations. If necessary, we conduct live foam tests that are carefully prepared to minimize schedule and environmental impact.

Foam Top Pourer (Foam Chamber)

Foam-IX
Foam-IX is a unique solution that enables the use of highly viscous (fluorine-free) extinguishing foam concentrates. It optimizes the mixing of foam concentrate and water by using induced turbulence. By using Foam-IX, the required distance between the extinguishing foam concentrate injection point and the manifold is considerably shortened. The FoamTronic system supplies the extinguishing foam concentrate. The patented Foam-IX is a non-return valve with an integrated injection point. Patent is pending.

FOAMDAM STAINLESS STEEL

FOAMGLAS® High Load Bearing Insulation
FOAMGLAS® HLB Cellular Glass Insulation is specially designed for high load bearing industrial applications. Its unique combination of high compressive strength and low thermal conductivity makes it ideal for a wide range of tank base construction and other industrial load bearing applications.

FOAMGLAS® insulation tank solutions
FOAMGLAS® insulation tank solutions help ensure that your storage tanks are operating as efficient, cost-effective and sustainable as possible. We provide insulation solutions for every possible tank design. Upright tanks, pressurized spheres or storage vessels, we have the solution. Our systems can be used for tanks operating at cryogenic, cold, above ambient or high temperatures from -265°C to +430°C. Our tank base, wall and roof systems limit heat transfer providing immediate energy savings and emissions reductions which helps keeping overall operating costs at a minimum. On top of this, our insulation systems provide the necessary compressive strength to support the tank and its contents, and provide mechanical, moisture, and corrosion resistance to help ensure process control and tank safety. Our systems are not only available for newly built storage tanks but can be installed on existing tanks during maintenance stops as well. Tank builders and terminal owners can call on the expertise of Owens Corning’s technical services team to assist with the calculation of payback periods and annual yields of the investment in a FOAMGLAS® insulation system. Depending on the storage temperature of the liquid or gas that is being stored, the total payback period can be as short as merely months.

FOAMGLAS® ONE™ Insulation
FOAMGLAS® ONE™ insulation is a lightweight, rigid material composed of millions of completely sealed glass cells. FOAMGLAS® ONE™ insulation is manufactured by Pittsburgh Corning in a block form and then fabricated into a wide range of shapes and sizes to satisfy industrial and commercial insulation requirements.

FoamTronic
Foamtronic is an electronic foam mixing system which very accurately mixes foam concentrate and water, based on the actual firewater demand of the system. The Foamtronic is designed for high volume foam systems.

FOERSTER DEFECTOMETER 1.837
The DEFECTOMETER M 1.837 is a modern eddy current testing device for manual crack detection with a very high sensitivity. In addition, it can also be used for simple hardness testing and material sorting. It has automatic lift, zero and wobble compensation and error resolution from as little as 20 µm and a wide range of automated functions. In addition, the intuitive operation does not require any prior knowledge. The LED scale display and the LCD display ensure very good readeability even in bright daylight or in complete darkness. The long battery life of 35 hours and a USB interface make DEFECTOMETER M 1.837 the perfect companion for manual crack detection and hardness testing as well as for material sorting. Typical applications for DEFECTOMETER M 1.837 are crack detection on turbine blades, on wheel rims and on rivets of an aircraft, on bridges, rails and gas lines, automotive components, but also simple material distinctions, the determination of different surface hardnesses and the detection and determination of crack depths on semi-finished products.
