Flare Gas Recovery
Flare Gas Recovery (FGR) is the process of recovering the waste gases that would normally be flared, so they can be used as fuel gas elsewhere in the facility. This results in reduced emissions and cost savings. Flare Gas Recovery Systems (FGRS) perform the following processes: - Isolating the flare header with a proprietary-design liquid seal or staging valve - Recovering normally flared gases and delivering them back into the facility so they can be processed and re-used as fuel gas - Removing liquids - Compressing gases up to a defined pressure level A facility’s safety depends on properly integrating the Flare Gas Recovery System into the relief header and the flare system. The compressor skid is only one piece of the package – all components must be properly designed and built to ensure safe and reliable operation of the entire package. This is why it is so important to utilize the expertise of a company like Zeeco with Flare Gas Recovery and Flare System experience. Typical FGR Sizing: - Flowrate Ranges: 0.1 to 10MM SCFD (11,100 Nm3/hr) - Pressure Ranges: 35 to 300 psig (20.7 barg) Services Offered: - Engineering Studies – let us help you determine if a FGR system is right for your facility. Our engineers will recommend system sizing, compressor technology, and ancillary equipment. They will develop the cost estimate and evaluate the payback period to help you decide the economic feasibility. - Engineering, design, fabrication, supply, installation, and startup of FGR packages. - Field support after equipment startup.

FLEX-A-SEAL
Rim-mounted Compression Plate Type Wiper Seal The HMT Flex-A-Seal Secondary Seal is one of the most economical and effective types of secondary seals available. Easily installed and maintained, the HMT Flex-A-Seal’s ability to meet or exceed stringent gap specifications for secondary seals has earned its approval from governmental regulatory agencies throughout the U.S. and European markets.

Flexible Bunkering Solutions
Bi-directional bunkering vessel mounted arm can fill the bunker vessel from onshore but can also be used for parallel berthing. Incredibly flexible operational range means that its mounted arm can also be used for commercial vessels (which don't have standardised bunker connection positions) as well as oil and LNG carriers, as it is able to compensate for the height differences between the bunker vessel and the receiving vessel.

FlexoFORM Flexible phased array probe
The Power of Flexibility! Pipe elbows are susceptible to damage, such as from flow-accelerated corrosion (FAC), but inspecting them is challenging since their shape changes from convex to concave, and there are many possible pipe diameters. The FlexoFORM™ solution integrates flexible phased array probe technology in a scanner to solve these challenges. This solution can be used to collect easy-to-interpret data on elbows with diameters ranging from 4.5 in. OD up to flat and offers many benefits, including: - 100% elbow coverage - Intuitive 2D C-scan imaging - High-resolution data (1 mm × 1 mm) - Fast elbow wall thickness measurement - Constant coupling maintained by water-column system

FLOATING ROOF MONITORING SYSTEM
External Floating Roof Tanks (EFRT) External, or open-top, floating roof tanks typically have steel floating roofs with a drainpipe to drain away rain water. Problems that may affect EFRs include excessive rainwater or snow accumulation, rim seal degradation, and stuck seals or ladders. These problems may further cause inclination and/or vibration of the floating roof, and product emissions. Internal Floating Roof Tanks (IFRT) Internal, or closed-top, floating roof tanks typically have aluminium roofs that may have penetrations for structural columns and other equipment. Some IFRTs are EFRTs that have been converted for the extra protection the fixed roof provides. Problems that may affect IFRs include rim and equipment seal degradation, and stuck seals or ladders. These problems may further cause inclination and/or vibration of the floating roof and product emissions. Our solution has sensor technologies capable of detecting warning signs for these conditions.

The FLOBLOCK Integrates with all mainstream load computers, additive controllers, PLC’s and Terminal Automation Systems. Applications for the FLOBLOCK include: - Marker Dyes - DNA Markers - Performance Additives - Stenching & Denaturing Agents

Floormap X - MFL Array Tank Bottom Scanner
Floormap®X is the latest multi-technology MFL Array tank bottom solution. It offers an unmatched probability of detection – including in the critical zone – and can address thick plates and coatings brilliantly. Thanks to patented STARS technology, it provides top/bottom corrosion discrimination. Blazing fast, it can either be used in full floor mapping or Freescan™ mode. FloormapX increases your efficiency when inspecting tank bottoms like no other system.

Flow meter LS
This flow meter is innovative turbine flow meter, fluid driving the turning of the turbine, the speed of the turbine is rationed to the flow of the fluid in the entry, the flow is precisely calculated upon the turning of the turbine by the SCM. For the fluid with viscosity, the angular velocity (or pulse frequency) of the turbine is proportional to the instantaneous flow rate (or velocity) of the fluid.
