      Falcker Operator Round

Falcker’s Operator Round solution addresses operator’s challenges by automating routine operator tasks while ensuring compliance. In response to challenges terminal owners face, we continue to offer secure, cloud-based inspection and maintenance software. These digital workflow solutions address all the above challenges while deploying technologies such as digital twinning, artificial intelligence and inspection data management. Tank storage facilities rely on frequent checkups to ensure safety, operational continuity, and regulatory compliance. But traditional practices are often inconsistent, inefficient, and prone to human error. Without a structured and reliable approach, small issues can go unnoticed, escalating into costly failures and unplanned downtime. A streamlined, collaborative approach to tank terminal management is essential, but best practices require addressing a wide range of interwoven operational activities, as well as lean budgets.

    3. FCS Bi-Directional Fuel Controller

      FCS Bi-Directional Fuel Controller

Fuel-EYE is the only bi-directional fuel control system on the market: Gatex FCS 2.0 version of Fuel-EYE utilizes a single flow meter for both IN and OUT transactions. This only flow meter appears with two distinct Meter IDs on the reports as if you have installed two flow meters on the site, one to receive the fuel and the other for the supply. Operators can simply choose IN to receive fuel in order to fill the tanker or OUT to supply fuel and fill the customer’s fleet. FCS 2.0 controls the valves automatically without human intervention. FCS 2.0 is a response to our valued customers’ needs in various fuel distribution sectors like construction companies and fuel suppliers where daily reconciliation of their tanker deliveries is a daunting task. FCS 2.0 logs IN and OUT and opening/closing balances of the day automatically without the need for an additional flow meter and eliminates operator-controlled manual valves to avoid human dependency delays and mistakes. Using Gatex cloud-based reporting dashboard, daily, weekly or monthly Reconciliation Reports are generated on a few clicks of a mouse.

    4. Flair and remote Repair

      Flair and remote Repair

Flare and remote repair Flares are often prone to corrosion issues, and repairs are costly due to limited access and required downtime. With our remotely operated robots, we specialize in performing inspections and repairs while the flare remains in service, significantly reducing downtime. At Norway’s largest refinery, Mongstad, we saved the asset owner several weeks of unplanned shutdown by repairing a steam leak with the flare still in operation. Our remotely operated robots can also be used in other situations where human intervention is risky or impractical, such as over water on offshore platforms or in hazardous confined spaces.
