Manual valve position sensor
FOR SAFER, MORE EFFICIENT OPERATIONS Real-time visibility of manual valve positions reduces incidents and downtime — improving safety, equipment reliability, and efficiency. Monitoring manual valves provides valuable operational insights, helping optimize workflows and boost overall plant performance. HOW DOES IT WORK? The Aloxy Valve Sensor uses its inertial sensors to monitor the position of valves by attaching it to the handwheel or lever. It transmits the position of the valve via a gateway to Aloxy IIOT Hub, a central server, which processes the data for visualization or to connect to other systems. REAL-TIME MANUAL VALVE POSITION IDICATOR. Reduce risk and keep operations running. TRUSTED BY INDUSTRY LEADERS. Proven in 120+ plants. SIMPLE TO DEPLOY. BUILT TO LAST. One sensor fits all types and sizes of valves.

Mechanical VRU
Vapor Recovery Units (VRUs) are one of the most efficient ways of capturing the vapors generated from standard oil and gas production processes and generating revenue from this by-product as a result. Since 1952, our division has designed, manufactured and serviced compression-based VRUs for the Oil & Gas industry.

MFE EDGE
The new mapping 61 lb MFE Edge Tank Floor Scanner is a newly redesigned scanner, upgraded from our Mark II 1212 Edgescanner. The MFE Edge is a must have for storage tank owners. It has the same slim build as the Mark IV Tank Scanner, as well as retractable and adjustable handles and handle assembly making it very easy to transport and ship to inspection sites. With its horizontal wheels and pivoting handle, the MFE Edge fits tight against tank shells, allowing operators greater clearance for more accurate and consistent inspection results. This unit is used as an alternative to scrubbing the critical zone (plate to shell) with ultrasonic testing, saving users both time and money. The new MFE Edge offers the same Real-Time Display as the Mark IV electronics and touch screen Getac F110 tablet. The MFE Edge is designed to work seamlessly with the Mark IV or as a stand alone scanner.

MFE Mark IV Tank Floor Scanner
The Mark IV takes the precision, reliability, and durability of its predecessors to another level with upgraded, user-friendly software and a lightweight build. Its slim design boasts an unprecedented weight of only 65 lb. The convenience of using the new Mark IV will be outweighed only by the confidence in its reporting features and ability to discover volume loss in real time with its true real-time display.

MFE PipeScan
MFE Enterprises, Inc. is proud to announce the release of our new rugged, reliable and easy to use MFE PipeScan. This fully adjustable MFL pipe and pipeline scanner can scan pipe from 5″ and up. Outfitted with a Getac F110 tablet, the digital volume loss signals are displayed in real time. The MFE PipeScan is capable of multiple configurations, utilizing 6 MFL bridges. MFX_4 Compact TT
The MFX_4 COMPACT TT combines the functionalities of the MFX_4 Controller and MFX_4 Terminal in one housing. By integrating the controller, a one-box solution is now available that can control the complete loading process for two loading arms including additives. In addition, the integrated RFID card reader enables the user to authorize use even in manual mode. After authentication, the data of the RFID card is saved with the loading data. All MFX_4 systems can be easily integrated, quickly configured and remotely maintained during operation due to the support of various protocols and communication standards. In order to significantly expand the range of possible applications, the MFX_4 data acquisition system is characterized by its distributed architecture of central computing and decentralized operating units. As all MFX_4 systems, the MFX_4 COMPACT TT can be integrated into an existing field bus (CanOpen) to display and control additional external MFX_4 controllers. By using one MFX_4 COMPACT TT and two further external dual controllers, six charging arms can thus be displayed and controlled simultaneously on the MFX_4 COMPACT TT display.

MFX_4 Compact EX
The MFX_4 COMPACT EX combines the functionalities of MFX_4 Controller Ex and MFX_4 Terminal Ex in one unit. By integrating the controller, a one-box solution for Ex area is now available, which is capable of controlling the complete loading process for two loading arms including additives. In addition, the external RFID card reader enables usage authorisation in manual mode. After authentication, the data of the RFID card is saved with the loading data. As for all MFX_4 systems, the MFX_4 COMPACT EX can be integrated into an existing field bus (CanOpen) to display and control additional external MFX_4 controllers. For optimum user-friendliness it is equipped with a configurable graphic, high-contrast and full-colour display. The MFX_4 COMPACT PRO EX meets the high demands on readability in difficult operating environments with its graphic 10.4" color display and the ability to display process data in various font sizes. The solid foil keyboard of the MFX_4 COMPACT PRO Ex is also equipped with user configurable keys. This means that the screen can be individually configured for a wide range of applications. For fans of a mechanical keyboard, the completely newly developed Heavy Duty Keyboard is available, which has successfully passed several endurance tests and can be used optionally with any MFX_4 Ex system.

MFX_4 Terminal Pro
The MFX_4 Terminal Pro is the enhanced version of the human-machine interface (HMI) from the MFX_4 family for the use in explosive atmospheres with Zone 1 classification. The terminal enables communication with the MFX_4 Controller, with other suitable system participants or with connected host systems such as SCADA or TAS systems. In order to ensure optimal ease of use, it is equipped with a configurable graphic, high-contrast and full-colour display. It also offers a user interface in several languages and displays all of the attached system´s process data. To address the importance of legibility in difficult operating conditions, the MFX_4 Terminal Pro comes with a 10.4'' colour display and is able to display the process data in various font sizes. The alphanumeric keypad of the MFX_4 Terminal Pro is also euipped with assignable buttons. This allows the display to be individually configured for a wide range of applications. With the direct support of the MFX_4 RFID card reader, its TCP/IP connection and the optional control inputs and outputs, the MFX_4 Terminal Pro is also fully equipped to serve as a separate access control for inflows and outflows in the loading terminal, for example.

Microwaves
Is a non-destructive testing technique developed specifically for the inspection of non-conductive (dielectric) materials, such as plastics, elastomers, ceramics, fiberglass, composite materials, or others. When Applied to inspect fiberglass tanks, the Micro wave technique identify internal defects with excellent accuracy, while only accessing the external face of the equipment. Image obtained by external inspection of a fiberglass container in which previous repairs on the equipment and new defects that need repair can be identified.
