    1. Monitor towers

      Monitor towers

In situations where a sprinkler or deluge installation is not practical, monitors offer an excellent solution. A monitor is a water cannon that can be aimed manually or electrically at a fire source. Water or foam can be used for extinguishing. At Crea Construct we offer a wide range of options for electrical control of monitors. This can be done remotely, for example from a control room, or via a remote control. Both the horizontal and vertical movement of the monitor can be controlled, and even the shape of the water jet can be adjusted. On request, monitors can also go through an automatic (oscillating) extinguishing pattern or automatically assume a specific position, depending on the origin of the fire. Monitors can be placed in various locations, such as on the ground, a bundwall or pipe rack. They can also be raised and installed on a separate monitor tower. This flexibility ensures that we can perfectly tailor the monitor to your specific situation. We have extensive experience in the design, implementation and rigorous testing of monitoring systems, including monitoring towers. You can rest assured that your fire protection is in good hands with us.

    7. NEW Semi-automatic API Coupler

      NEW Semi-automatic API Coupler

The NEW Silea female semi-automatic Coupler series 05132105 is designed to achieve a quick and dry coupling, without loss of product, between a Bottom Loading Arm or a hose and the Male Coupler on a tank truck. The difference with the manual type is that the Coupler hooks automatically to the male coupler before opening the flow. The coupler respects the API RP 1004 standards and can be used with all compliant couplers. Compared to the current semi-automatic coupler it has: • A quick and safe coupling system with a larger contact surface of the teeth. • Fluid passage section increased by 15% (higher flow rate for a faster loading phase). • Usable even in the event of an increase in operating pressure. • Renewed ergonomics thanks to the new handle, now equipped with a grip. • Maintenance time reduced by up to 60%. • The possibility of replacing primary seals without disassembling the coupler from the arm.

    8. Non-Atex Moisture and Corrosion Sensor

      Non-Atex Moisture and Corrosion Sensor

This Moisture and corrosion sensor can be placed on top of the cladding/weather shielding of insulated assets to monitor their condition. The sensor's capacitive measurement principle detects any change that occurs between the cladding and the surface of the pipe or tank. The wireless sensor sends its measurement data to a gateway on which data analysis software is installed to evaluate the different stages of CUI: water ingress, coating degradation, initiation of corrosion, leakage, ... This information is valuable for effective inspection and maintenance management of static assets, paying attention and spending money only for those assets that need it when they need it. Installation is easy in ways you’ve only dreamed about: - No need to remove nor to replace the insulation - No intrusion into the insulation nor through vapor barriers keeping the insulation system intact : the sensor is fixed onto the outside of the cladding with straps - No cabling installation headaches: sensor sends data wirelessly over LORA to the on-premise gateway. Data gathered continuously provide a wealth of useful information to: - Improve plant productivity - Lower costs of inspection labour and scaffolding - Reduce unplanned downtimes - De-risking CUI With this continuous monitoring no personnel is required to do inspection under difficult and unsafe conditions.

    9. NORDWELD TANK BUILDING SYSTEM

      NORDWELD TANK BUILDING SYSTEM

Nordweld Tank Building System is a ground-breaking onsite system designed for the erection of large above ground atmospheric and pressured tanks, which enables the construction of tanks with a diameter of 8 to 50 meters and a weight up to 700 tons. The maximum height depends upon the ratio between the diameter, height and lifting weight. Nordweld Tank Building System is modular and the amount of equipment depends on the size, type and material of the tank. By using the top-down method, you gain stability from the roof and good weather protection during the erection process. The entire tank is rotating during the installation of the sheets and during the welding progress. All welding can be mechanized and preformed from a single point at ground level. All components are stored and transported in 20ft HC shipping containers for efficient handling of the equipment. Nordweld is part of the TLC Group.
