    1. OmniSeal Expanding Plug Valves

      OmniSeal Expanding Plug Valves

OmniSeal expanding plug valves are designed for applications where positive shut-off, verifiable zero leakage and double block and bleed (DB&B) and or double isolation and bleed (DIB) capabilities are required. They are ideal for a variety of applications including leased automated custody transfer (LACT), product metering, aviation fueling, product isolation, blending, lockout/tagout (LOTO), multi-product manifolds, tank storage and other DB&B applications. The OmniSeal is a single valve solution that simultaneously blocks both the upstream and downstream flow while allowing the user to verify seal integrity using a manual or automatic body bleed system. It replaces older double block and bleed systems that use two valves with a spool and bleed valve in-between. OmniSeal valves have exclusive features designed for better performance throughout the valve’s lifetime. All OmniSeal DB&B expanding plug valves are manufactured and monogrammed per API 6D and ISO 9001, fire tested per API 607 and API 6FA and have specific certifications such as CE/PED, CRN (Canadian Registration), TA-Luft or similar design or regional certifications where appropriate.

    2. On-stream Repair

      On-stream Repair

Some equipment has previously required shut down prior to welding. It can be because the equipment contains pressure, dangerous content such as hydrocarbons or both these at the same time. In Effee we use extensive qualification techniques involving modelling, laboratory testing, 1:1 testing to ensure integrity in these critical welding operations. The robot ensures a handshake between the simulations and reality reproducing the exact same result as the simulations – first in the lab and then on the asset. The approach has been welcomed on HC containing tanks, pressurized piping and in FPSO internal hull, below the waterline.

    3. OpenTAS 365

      OpenTAS 365

Removing complexity is the new benchmark for terminal operations. Terminal performance is defined by how well complexity is handled from management level through to execution. For many terminals, performance is limited by how operations are organized. Planning workflows and data sources are spread across multiple systems, which requires more coordination as operations scale. The result: decisions take longer to translate into action. OpenTAS 365 is the unified operating layer for terminal operations, bringing planning, workflows and operational data together in one coherent model. Management decisions can now be executed consistently across the terminal environment – no matter how extensive the operations. How OpenTAS 365 delivers: OpenTAS 365 is not a collection of tools or systems. It is a unified operating layer designed to be integrated into real-world terminal environments with no downtime or risk to operations. All end-to-end processes are supported, as is incorporation into a broader IT/OT ecosystem to avoid dependency on a single vendor. Structure, consistency and usable data from end to end: this is the key to stronger, future-ready terminal performance.
