
ALLENTECH HC FULL CONTACT FLOATING ROOF
The Allentech HC Full Contact IFR is a premium Honeycomb Full Contact Aluminum IFR. The Allentech HC is designed in accordance to API650 and EN14015 with a minimum buoyancy ratio of 2x against the roof dead load plus friction force exerted by perimeter seals using a drag coefficient of no less than 3 lbs/ft. The roof is capable of staying afloat while having two adjacent flotation compartments flooded. The roof buoyancy is based on a Specific Gravity of 0.7 or the stored product, whichever is less. The panel modules are 5ft x 10ft x 1.5in deep (1524mm x 3048mm x 38.1mm). Rim modules are designed to match the tank shell radius. Each sandwich-module consists of a top and bottom layer of .050in aluminum sheet with an internal honeycomb structure to provide stiffness. A high quality aluminum extrusion forms a frame around the sheet and honeycomb, and this is completely seal welded into a fully enclosed buoyant compartment. Each module contains a resealable vapor detection port for pressure testing in our factory, and also for future testing during out-of-service maintenance. Damaged panels that are installed can be easily replaced during future maintenance. Every module is fully inspected and pressure tested with helium leak detection equipment prior to shipment. The Hook and Pin design of the modules allows for quick installation and forms an high strength bolted seam with extremely low seam emission losses.

AMETank
AMETank enables rapid configuration, design, and detailing of above-ground shop-built and field-erected storage tanks per API 650, EN 14015, API 653, API 620, AWWA D100, and AWWA D103. Elevated tanks, tanks with transitions, and double-wall cryogenic tanks designs are supported. Self-supported, structure with/without column supported cone/dome/umbrella roofs, and internal/external single/double-deck floating roofs can be designed and detailed. Plates thickness, structure selection and sizing, appurtenances sizing, seismic, wind, internal and external pressure calculations are supported. Design calculation reports can be generated. US and metric/SI materials, Inputs, reports, outputs, and drawings are supported. Interactive tank 3D layout enables complete design with fabrication detailing within two hours including production geometry, to-scale general-arrangement & fabrication drawings, weld maps, assembly, nesting, and CNC, Bill of Quantities, Bill of Materials, weight reports, welds reports, and cost calculations. Tank LIDAR 3D-Scan point-clouds can be imported for API 653 assessments including shell verticality & out-of-roundness, bottom elevation & settlement, column verticality, floating-roof gap analysis, as-built drawings, and calibration and strapping charts. Complete tank Finite Element Analysis (FEA) from mesh generation to stresses visualization in new and as-is condition based on 3D-scan LIDAR point-clouds per API 579 Level 3 Fitness for Service is included. Accessways including wind girders, roof walkways, spiral stairways, ladders, roof and shell platforms, bridges, and stairway towers are available. Agitators, heating-coils, and appurtenances with several options and styles, Generation of plates CNC drawings, weld maps, shell rollouts, and detailed assembly and component fabrication drawings for structure, appurtenances, accessways are supported. 3D models, drawings, BOQs, BOMs, weights, and cost data can be edited within AMETank or exported.
