ATEX and IECEx ZONE 0 Tank cleaning robot - LOMBRICO XXS EX-0
Compact mini robot for operations in ATEX and IECEx zone 0. Thanks to the possibility of entering a 500 [mm]/20” manhole, it is ideal for pipelines and tanks.

ATEX Static Grounding Systems
Static electricity can build up on process equipment, the energy content of a static discharge can be the cause of fire and/or explosions in ATEX environments. Static grounding of process equipment and other objects prevents the build-up of electrostatic charges, and thus also prevents the potential danger.

ATEX Zone 0 Roboter
At ETS Degassing, the safety of personnel and the protection of the environment are always central to our work. To further strengthen safe industrial operations, we offer another innovative solution: the ATEX Zone 0 tank-cleaning robot for hazardous confined spaces. This high-performance system is remotely operated, allowing tank cleaning to be carried out from a safe distance. With this approach, no one needs to enter ATEX Zone 0 environments, where even with full protective equipment significant health and safety risks remain. The ATEX Zone 0 robot delivers continuous, precise and reliable cleaning performance around the clock. It works quickly, does not fatigue and maintains consistent quality 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Traditionally, manual tank cleaning required four shifts of three operators each, equipped with costly PPE and exposed to serious hazards. With the ATEX Zone 0 robotic solution, this risk is eliminated. The result is safer operations, reduced shutdown duration, greater efficiency and fully compliant tank-cleaning processes without exposing personnel to dangerous atmospheres.

ATEX ZONE 1 robot for sludge removing - LOMBRICO SP
The patented robot was developed to remove sludge through an 80 [mm] / 3” diameter hose without the need for a vacuum truck. Thanks to the on-board screw pump, the Lombrico SP continuously pumps material at 10 [m3/h]. The material is conveyed to the flexible suction hose through a frontal patented pending tool. Moreover, frontal water jets are added, ensuring that even the most viscous material is easily pumped.

Atex-certified Moisture and Corrosion Sensor
Budget-friendly iSensPro sensors are blind to asset age and can be installed equally on new or existing equipment. Installation is easy in ways you’ve only dreamed about: - No need to remove nor to replace the insulation - No invasion of insulation: the sensors are held onto the outside of the cladding with straps - No cabling installation headaches: sensors send data wirelessly over LORA to the on-premise gateway. Data gathered continuously provide a wealth of useful information to: - Improve plant productivity - Lower costs of inspection labour and scaffolding - Reduce unplanned downtimes Data are collected from the entire circumference of the insulated pipe or tank, removing the human uncertainty factor inherent in installing other types of sensors correctly. Imagine how much more peace of mind you’ll enjoy with fewer insulation costs and other operational risks in your life! This sensor is ATEX-certified and can be used in explosive environments.

AUMA Fail-Safe Part-turn actuators, Modular allrounders FQM/FQMEx
With the FQM fail safe unit, AUMA offers innovative and safe actuator solutions for automatic operation of valves in case of emergencies making use of stored mechanical energy. Constant torque characteristics across the overall torque range. The spring is not operated during standard operation. As a consequence, actuator sizing can be relatively small. The end position switches are automatically set during the setting procedure of end positions OPEN and CLOSED and do not require separate adjustment. Torque range 150 Nm to 1200 Nm Fail safe unit for open-close duty

Autoload - fully automatic loading arm.
Autoload is a registered trade mark to describe a true innovation in loading technology. Autoload will remove the need for an operator to touch or guide the loading arm. It will seek the manhole on the tanker, insert, carry out safety checks and load automatically. On completion the arm will automatically return to its parking position.

Autonomous Terminal
The energy industry is undergoing a profound transformation. Outdated systems and processes impede efficiency and growth, and a world that is becoming ever more vocal in its demand for cleaner energy solutions is creating an atmosphere of uncertainty. Terminals must evolve or risk becoming obsolete. To this end, terminal operators need to embrace cutting-edge technologies – from smart automation through to advanced digital ecosystems. We are committed to driving this change, helping terminal operators make the essential shift from traditional methods toward autonomous, intelligent and flexible operations.

Avery Hardoll flowmeters
Avery-Hardoll flowmeters are precision made, positive displacement, liquid measuring instruments manufactured by Silea Liquid Transfer. In 2021, Silea acquired the Avery-Hardoll product line. Since 1932, simplicity of design and construction together with sustained accuracy has led to the widespread use of Avery-Hardoll meter products including the BM Series meters and MASTERLOAD.iQ™ electronic registers by Liquid Controls, on aviation refuelling vehicles throughout the world. With proven measurement accuracy as good as 0.05%, Avery-Hardoll meters remain unmatched in maintaining the most accurate fluid measurement in the world. The proprietary Avery-Hardoll meter design remains the industry benchmark that many have struggled to emulate, because "It's what's on the inside that counts". The first flowmeters built for aviation fuel. An ideal product to be installed on metering skids, for all oil & gas applications.
Avery Hardoll IPV valve
The IPV valve by Avery Hardoll, designed and manufactured by Silea, ensures precise control over the predetermined quantity and maintains a consistent fluid flow rate by modulating fluid passage during dispensing. By utilizing inlet pressure and managing the action of solenoid valves on dedicated circuits, it enables efficient flow regulation. The IPV valve is connected to a meter with an electronic register, which, through programming, calculates specific flow rate values based on dispensed volume and dispensing time.

AX1 - Aspirated foam nozzle
The AX1 foam water sprinkler nozzle has been designed for use with a wide range of SFFF concentrates (non-PFAS-containing foam concentrates) and many ignitable liquid fuel types. While delivering the same level of performance, the nozzle is 17% shorter than comparable products, allowing flexible installation even where space is limited.
