    2. Butterfly S-line soft seat

      Butterfly S-line soft seat

In 2019, Belven launched a new butterfly valve series with interchangeable soft seat and a unique design, to respond quickly to specific demands of our customers. A large sealing surface and a wide choice of materials for the seat give the valve a wide application range in industry, such as for special chemical resistance. Up to now, 12 kinds of seat materials have been presented, specific executions upon demand are possible. The valve is assembled in Belgium and is therefore quickly available, yet affordable. No more need for our customers to keep expensive stock of special resistant valves, Belven delivers on short notice for your application.

    3. CCX

      CCX

CCX® is primarily used for lining uniformly profiled erosion control applications. CCX® consists of two interconnected layers of geotextile that encapsulate a specially formulated dry concrete mix. CCX-MAT® (CCX-M®) is a variant of CCX® with an LLDPE geomembrane backing which ensures the material has very low permeability. CCX-M® can be rapidly unrolled to line and remediate canal infrastructure. It is significantly faster, easier and more cost-effective to install than conventional lining methods. CCX® can be hydrated either by spraying or by being fully immersed in water. As a result, CCX-M® is the ideal solution for the lining and remediation of large channels such as irrigation canals, increasing their operational life and reducing water seepage losses. CCX-UTILITY® (CCX-U®) is a variant of CCX® without an LLDPE backing. Whilst unsuitable for hydraulic applications such as channels, it may be used to line uniformly profiled slopes. CCX® products exceed the minimum Type II GCCM requirements of ASTM D8364 – Standard Specification for GCCM Materials.

    4. CFI Rim Seal Fire Protection For Floating Roof Tanks

CFI Rim Seal Fire Protection For Floating Roof Tanks

External and internal floating roofs in storage tanks include different types of rim seals that allow the movement of the floating roof against the tank shell. This rim seal area is prone to many hazards such as lightning and sparks produced by friction or static electricity. These hazards can easily cause a fire to develop undetected hidden by the tank shell until it reaches a dangerous intensity and possibly burn out of control. Saval as a tank protection specialist manufactures the best gaseous fire protection system for all types of rim seal fires. The CFI rim seal system combines automatic detection and extinguishment which ensures that any incipient fire is extinguished within seconds.

    5. CLA-VAL 129-26 : High Level Shut-Off Valve

      CLA-VAL 129-26 : High Level Shut-Off Valve

The Cla-Val Model 129-26 Hytrol Valve is used as the basic unit in almost all Cla-Val automatic control valves for petroleum applications. The 129-26 is a hydraulically-operated, diaphragm actuated, globe or angle pattern valve. It is available in various materials and full range of sizes. It consists of three major components: body, diaphragm assembly and cover. The diaphragm assembly is the only moving part. The rugged simplicity of design and packless construction assure a long life dependable, trouble-free operation. Should the diaphragm become damaged the valve will close tight, providing "fail safe" operation. The 129-26 Hytrol Valve is used in many types of piping system requiring control, flow regulation, rate of flow control, or check valve operation.

    6. CLA-VAL 131-CP : Electronic Interface Control Valve

      CLA-VAL 131-CP : Electronic Interface Control Valve

The Model 131-CP Electronic Interface Control Valve is designed for applications where remote electronic control is required. It is a hydraulically operated, pilot controlled, diaphragm actuated control valve. These valves are regurarly used to provide process control, flow control, and / or pressure control in two-stage loading, bypass, pressure sustaining, or pressure reducing applications. The valve is equipped with two direct-acting two-way solenoids. Upon actuation by a Cla-Val Electronic Controller or other PLC, chamber of the valve, causing it to close or open. The 131-CP valve is a fail-safe valve equipped with a manual bypass feature and can also incorporate hydraulic override features.

    7. CLA-VAL 50-48 : Pressure Relief & Back Pressure Control Valve

CLA-VAL 50-48 : Pressure Relief & Back Pressure Control Valve

ClaVal CLA-VAL 50-48 : Pressure Relief & Back Pressure Control Valve The Cla-Val Model 50-48 Pressure Relief & Back Pressure Control Valve is a hydraulically operated, pilot-controlled, modulating valve designed to maintain constant upstream pressure within close limits. This valve can be used for pressure relief, pressure sustaining, back pressure, or unloading functions in a by-pass system. In relief applications, the valve opens fast to prevent upstream pressure from exceeding the maximum pressure setting while closing gradually to prevent a surge in the system. In the back pressure control applications, the valve modulates to maintain constant upstream pressure, regardless of changes in demand, preventing the upstream pressure from falling below the minimum pressure setting. Operation is completely automatic and pressure setting is easily adjusted. If a check feature is added and a pressure reversal occurs, the downstream pressure is admitted into the main valve cover chamber, closing the valve to prevent return flow.
