CLA-VAL CFC2T : Float Control For Closed Tanks with X75A Float Tester Assembly

The Cla-Val Model CFC2 Float Control is a float-actuated, multi-port pilot control which provides non-modulating, two-position, on-off operation. It is used primarily to operate remotely located Cla-Val Valves requiring three-way or four-way pilot valve operation. Designed for use in closed tanks, this control operates on a minimum level change of approximately one inch. Maximum level change of five and one-half inches is needed for full capacity.

CLA-VAL CFF18T-H2 : Flanged Float Control for Fuel-Water Separators with Manual Tester

The Cla-Val Model CFF18T-H2 Fuel-Water Separator Control automatically operates the fuel discharge valve and the water drain valve of fuel-water filter separators. It is mounted to a flange on the side of the separator vessel in the sump. The float responds to changes in level of the interface of the water and fuel inside the sump area. The pilot is a precision-lapped rotary disc, plate type valve.

Flamedetection on ‘Live’ Geodesic Dome Tanks: Saval offers the perfect solution ! Most Geodesic Dome tanks have Linear Heat Detection on the inaccessible internal floater. It means that repair or maintenance is normally not possible on live tanks. Saval introduces a perfect solution to install Det-Tronics Flame Detection on ‘LIVE’ tanks at the outside in ATEX zone 1. Executed during full production. Consequently planning to install fire detection without emptying and degassing the tanks is now possible! Maintenance can be done at all times and 99,7% availability is secured. Optimal Fire Detection for Geodesic Dome tanks: Visit Saval at stand C4

    4. Coating Quality Measurement

      Coating Quality Measurement

The Coating Quality Measurement (CQM) is a robust handheld sensor designed to qualify existing coatings according to ISO16773-2 by utilizing Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS), a quantitative and non-destructive technique that allows for highly sensitive in situ evaluations. By leveraging EIS to analyze the barrier properties of visually intact coatings without damaging the surface, the CQM provides a comprehensive assessment of coating degradation over time and detects the presence of corrosion beneath the surface. This sophisticated approach enables the device to offer critical predictive insights, forecasting both the exact timeframe for when corrosion will initiate and the projected percentage of visible corrosion that will develop as the material ages.

      Conductivity Stick CUGUARD

Offering improved accuracy, the patented AC technology used by the sefiso CUGUARD eliminates the guess work when taking a conductivity measurement. DC devices which never reach equilibrium experience a large inrush current which then slows as polarization voltage builds on the two measurement electrodes. This results in zero flow as charges on the electrodes form an infinite impedance. This means a DC device must guess when the current flow is representative of the fluid’s ability to conduct. Movement of a DC sensor when taking the test will also dramatically affect the result. The AC (patented) technology continuously varies the voltage from one electrode to another, so no polarization occurs which makes the measurement flow insensitive. This allows many measures to be taken over a number of cycles resulting in very high precision.

    6. Configurator

      Configurator

Dantec Ltd. has improved its digital online service for customers. The configurator for composite hoses has now been launched. Users are able to create and compare millions of possible hose combinations, providing purchasers with a time-saving platform without needing to look through numerous data sheets and brochures. Its a fast and safe service to visualize a required hose assembly or place an order – and also completely independent of the desk in the office. The Dantec Configurator helps the user to easily pick the required hose type by filtering selected specifications. These factors include; application group, material liner, inner helix, outer helix, maximum working pressure, fire-safe technology and the max/min temperatures. Once the user has selected the hose type, they are able to virtually build the composite hose assembly by selecting the required size, length and required end couplings and securing method in 5 simple steps.
