    2. F3 foam nozzle

      F3 foam nozzle

The F3 foam nozzle is specially designed for cooling and extinguishing with extinguishing foam for local applications, such as truck transfer stations. There are several fire scenarios to be considered for these applications. Truck transfer stations are used to load and unload (flammable) liquids with a risk of leakage. Additionally, these stations are usually located near storage tanks and pumping installations for these liquids, so there is a risk of a fire starting. If a fire occurs in the vicinity of the loading station an effective cooling system is required to cool the trucks. In the event of a fire in the loading station itself it is necessary to extinguish this liquid fire with foam.

    3. Falcker Operator Round

      Falcker Operator Round

Falcker’s Operator Round solution addresses operator’s challenges by automating routine operator tasks while ensuring compliance. In response to challenges terminal owners face, we continue to offer secure, cloud-based inspection and maintenance software. These digital workflow solutions address all the above challenges while deploying technologies such as digital twinning, artificial intelligence and inspection data management. Tank storage facilities rely on frequent checkups to ensure safety, operational continuity, and regulatory compliance. But traditional practices are often inconsistent, inefficient, and prone to human error. Without a structured and reliable approach, small issues can go unnoticed, escalating into costly failures and unplanned downtime. A streamlined, collaborative approach to tank terminal management is essential, but best practices require addressing a wide range of interwoven operational activities, as well as lean budgets.

    5. Flare Gas Recovery

      Flare Gas Recovery

Flare Gas Recovery (FGR) is the process of recovering the waste gases that would normally be flared, so they can be used as fuel gas elsewhere in the facility. This results in reduced emissions and cost savings. Flare Gas Recovery Systems (FGRS) perform the following processes: - Isolating the flare header with a proprietary-design liquid seal or staging valve - Recovering normally flared gases and delivering them back into the facility so they can be processed and re-used as fuel gas - Removing liquids - Compressing gases up to a defined pressure level A facility’s safety depends on properly integrating the Flare Gas Recovery System into the relief header and the flare system. The compressor skid is only one piece of the package – all components must be properly designed and built to ensure safe and reliable operation of the entire package. This is why it is so important to utilize the expertise of a company like Zeeco with Flare Gas Recovery and Flare System experience. Typical FGR Sizing: - Flowrate Ranges: 0.1 to 10MM SCFD (11,100 Nm3/hr) - Pressure Ranges: 35 to 300 psig (20.7 barg) Services Offered: - Engineering Studies – let us help you determine if a FGR system is right for your facility. Our engineers will recommend system sizing, compressor technology, and ancillary equipment. They will develop the cost estimate and evaluate the payback period to help you decide the economic feasibility. - Engineering, design, fabrication, supply, installation, and startup of FGR packages. - Field support after equipment startup.
