      AxFlow Plenty Side Entry mixer

Plenty Mixers are acknowledged as being at the vanguard of mixing technology, with access to unrivalled application experience and a strong, hard-working engineering team. Industry Applications Plenty products have been utilized by companies in the oil/gas, chemical, mining, water treatment, and food/beverage industries for the last seven decades. Expertise in Fluid Dynamics Through our deep understanding of all the nuances of fluid dynamics, Plenty application engineers can place customers with a wide range of side-entry mixers (fixed-angle, swivel-angle, and TMH). These mixers enable stored liquids to be blended, homogenized, or kept from sludge settling. For more information, follow the external link above.

    2. Biofuel tank

      Biofuel tank

With a rich history spanning more than 50 years, ALCE CDE has established itself as France’s leading manufacturer of storage tanks, particularly for biofuel (B100) storage. Our expertise in the design and manufacture of biofuel tanks (B100) makes us a key player in the sector. Increasing the use of biofuels, such as B100, plays a crucial role in the transition to a greener, more sustainable economy. By replacing fossil fuels with biofuels, we are significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions and helping to mitigate climate change. Biofuels are produced from renewable sources, making them more environmentally friendly and less dependent on non-renewable resources. - Underground biofuel tank (B100) - Overhead biofuel tank (B100) - Standards and regulations

    3. Biogas Enclosed Flare

      Biogas Enclosed Flare

Biogas flare systems are used to dispose of gases that are produced from decomposition of organic matter or biomass. Typical examples are gases produced from landfills, wastewater treatment (anaerobic digesters), or other biomass sources. Gases are typically mixtures of methane, carbon dioxide, small amounts of nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, and others. Biogas must be handled in a specific manner to ensure combustion to a high degree of efficiency. In addition, the possibility of oxygen in the gas mixture coming to the flare means flame arrestors and special flame arresting burners must be employed. Biogas can be burned to a high degree of efficiency in either an elevated flare or an enclosed ground flare system. If your facility is an environmentally sensitive area where NOx emissions are tightly regulated, such as one of the EPA’s 8-hour ozone Nonattainment areas, then you will also need an ultra-NOx VCU. Zeeco has developed the TriClean VCU, which is an ultra-low emission VCU that can achieve NOx emission of less than or equal to 15 ppm (0.018 MMBTU/hr.) and CO emissions of less than 10 ppm (0.01 MMBTU/hr.).

    4. BJLM-80N TANK GAUGING FOR LNG

      BJLM-80N TANK GAUGING FOR LNG

A solution for the typical LNG tank gauging system consists of the primary and secondary level gauges, primary and secondary thermometers, the extra LTD gauge and a radar level gauge as the HH alarming instrument. In such a system, both the level gauges and the thermometers are designed in redundancy, and all the data are linked with a PC-based monitoring platform where the LNG Manager & Rollover Predictor software is always running for the monitoring and controls of the safety of the system. It is a redundant and configurable system, and all the data can be directly linked to the upper DCS of the site, if any.
